I just realized something that has been so obvious for so long but I never even noticed it until today.I realized that I get panic attacks when I'm around a lot of people like at a store or somewhere were it is crowded which explains why I dread going to the mall or shopping for that matter (yes I know I'm a girl and I hate shopping). I never noticed because I never got it so bad until yesterday when I was at the swap meet ( the swap meet is awesome ). I felt like I was going crazy, I wanted to run and start screaming, I was shaking even though no one could tell that I was,I felt dizzy and unsteady,I also felt light-headed, and not to mention my heart was beating so fast that it started to hurt like a Bitch!!! I even wanted to choke people just to get them to move away from me ugh wow yesterday was horrible but on the bright side I got new clothes So I'm going to stop ranting now and stop wasting your time. I hope that you all had a great day I know I had a great day for once in my life yay
